Refund & cancellation policy

No refunds on digital downloads

The worksheet bundle is delivered instantly as downloadable files. Once the download links are issued, the product cannot be returned or recalled. For that reason all sales are final and we do not offer refunds, exchanges or cancellations after payment.

We say this plainly before you pay, on the sales page and at checkout, so there are no surprises afterwards.

What we do instead

• If a download link fails, expires or is lost, we re-send it free of charge, as many times as you need.
• If a file will not open or appears damaged, message us and we will supply a working copy.
• If you were charged twice for the same order, the duplicate charge is refunded in full.
• If a payment was taken but no product was delivered, we either deliver it or refund it in full.

How to raise an issue

Message us on WhatsApp at {{ wa }} or email {{ email }} with your order ID or the phone number used at checkout. We reply within 24 hours. Approved refunds, where they apply, are returned to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.

Privacy policy

What we collect

Your name, email address and phone number when you place an order, so we can deliver the files and support you afterwards. Nothing more is required to buy.

Payments

Payments are processed by Razorpay. Card numbers, UPI IDs and bank credentials are entered on Razorpay's systems and are never seen or stored by us. We receive only a payment confirmation and the last few digits or reference of the instrument used.

Analytics and advertising

We use Google Analytics and the Meta (Facebook) pixel to understand which pages and adverts lead to purchases. These set cookies and share standard event data — page views, add-to-cart, purchase — with those providers. They do not receive your worksheets, your child's details, or anything you type into a form other than order identifiers.

What we never do

• We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data.
• We do not collect any information about your children.
• We do not send marketing messages to numbers that have not ordered or asked for them.

Your choices

Email {{ email }} to get a copy of the data we hold on you, correct it, or have it deleted. Deleting your order record also removes your access to future re-sends of the download links.

Terms of use & licence

What you may do

Your purchase is a personal, lifetime licence. Print any sheet as many times as you like for your own children. Teachers and tutors may print sheets for the students in their own classroom.

What you may not do

• Resell, rent or redistribute the files, in whole or in part, in any format.
• Upload the files to public drives, groups, channels or file-sharing sites.
• Sell printed copies of the sheets, or use them inside a paid product of your own.
• Claim authorship of the worksheets or remove our marks from them.

Delivery

Files are delivered immediately after payment, on the confirmation page and by email. The bundle comprises 1 PDF and 5 ZIP archives. You need a device that can open PDF and ZIP files, and a printer or access to one.

What this product is not

These are practice worksheets, not a curriculum, a diagnosis or a substitute for schooling. Results depend on how regularly they are used. Children should always use scissors and glue under adult supervision.

Changes

We may add sheets to the bundle or update these terms. Material changes are dated at the top of this page. Continuing to use the files after a change means you accept the updated terms.
